Within the system, for each user, a separate PVC (virtual machine based on the Windows 7 operating system) with an individual profile is created. To\u00a0run the PC\u00a0users use personal laptops, netbooks, teachers\u00a0work computers or other devices. As a result, any SUSU classroom with workstations equipped with electrical outlets can be used as a computer lab. The PVK\u00a0system is free for\u00a0all SUSU employees and\u00a0students.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Many departments already\u00a0conduct classes using\u00a0PVC system.<\/strong> Indeed, with\u00a0its\u00a0help, it became possible to launch a modern environment for\u00a0engineering modeling on\u00a0old PCs\u00a0with\u00a0Windows XP. The PVK\u00a0system can also be used as a\u00a0pre-post processor for\u00a0preparation of calculations on\u00a0supercomputers\u00a0SUSU.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Practically the entire list of application software available on\u00a0supercomputers<\/strong> is available in PVK, as well as\u00a0additional\u00a0software\u00a0for\u00a0training and\u00a0programming.
