General provisions<\/h2>\n

  1. Computing resources of the Scientific and Educational Center «Artificial Intelligence and Quantum Technologies» of South Ural State University <\/span> (SEC AIQT<\/span> SUSU) are designed to support scientific research and the educational process carried out at SUSU and requiring the involvement of supercomputer systems with teraflop performance levels.<\/li>\n\n
  2. The use of the computing resources of the SEC AIQT SUSU is carried out only in remote mode (via Internet).<\/li>\n
  3. To gain access to resources of the SEC AIQT SUSU employees, graduate students or SUSU students need to fill out two forms: «Service memo for registration» [sample<\/a>, docx format], <\/span> «Questionnaire<\/span> for registration» per account;» [sample<\/a>, docx format<\/span>]. The signed forms must be handed over to the director of the SEC AIQT Dolganina Natalya Yuryevna in the aud. 108, bldg. 3G SUSU, phone: <\/span> (351<\/span>) 267-90-06 ext . 108<\/li>\n\n
  4. Users from other organizations to gain access to SEC AIQT SUSU resources need to send an official letter [sample<\/span><\/a>, docx-format] from the management of the organization to the name of the rector and fill out the form<\/a> "Sign up  per account [sample<\/span><\/a>, docx format]. The scanned version of the official letter, along with the completed application form, must be sent to supercomputer@susu.ru<\/a>. Send the original official letter by mail to the address: 454080, Russia, Chelyabinsk, pr. im. IN AND. Lenina, 87, room. 108\/3G Supercomputer Simulation Laboratory, director of SEC AIQT Dolganina Natalya Yurievna.<\/li>\n
  5. Scheduled maintenance works are carried out on the last Wednesday of each month from 8:00 to 21:00. In and this at the specified time, task queues may be suspended, and active tasks are removed, and computing resources SUSU may be unavailable to users. When the maintenance work is completed, the task queues will be unlocked, and the tasks in queues will be started for execution.<\/li>\n
  6. When publishing scientific papers made using supercomputing resources of SUSU, a reference is required in the text: <\/span> "Research<\/span> was performed using supercomputer resources of SUSU [1]." or <\/span> «The<\/span> reported study was performed using supercomputer resources of the South Ural State University [2].»

      Rules of access and use of resources of the supercomputer complex<\/h2>\n
        \n
      1. Use of SEC AIQT SUSU resources should be carried out solely for solving the tasks specified in application.<\/li>\n
      2. Users are solely responsible for the licensed integrity of the software products installed by them and compliance of their use with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.<\/li>\n
      3. Each user of SEC AIQT SUSU resources must be a specific individual. <\/span> «Group<\/span> responsibility» for login user is invalid.<\/li>\n
      4. Users are strictly prohibited from sharing their login and password with others. After logging in to the cluster for the first time, you must change your password. For security reasons, it is recommended that you change your password at least once every month.<\/li>\n
      5. Access to computing resources of SEC AIQT  SUSU must be made only from the IP addresses specified in the application.<\/li>\n
      6. The user is responsible for backing up their data. Long-term storage of user data on supercomputers is not allowed.<\/li>\n
      7. Users whose accounts expired more than 180 days ago are permanently deleted.<\/li>\n
      8. Work, quick, and short queues are available for SUSU staff, students, and graduate students.<\/li>\n
      9. In order to generate summary reports on the work of SEC AIQT SUSU all users are obliged to once provide a concise information about research carried out using resources of SEC AIQT SUSU.<\/li>\n
      10. Authors of scientific papers are obligated to include in publications references to the use of LSM SUSU resources.<\/li>\n
      11. In order to renew an account once in a year users of SEC AIQT SUSU must complete the re-registration procedure. Its    terms terms will be communicated via e-mail newsletter.<\/li>\n
      12. If any registration data is changed <\/span> (IP<\/span> addresses, contact information, needs for  resources, etc.), the user must immediately inform director of SEC AIQT N.Yu. Dolganina to supercomputer@susu.ru<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        Rules for accessing and using complex resources <\/span> «Neurocomputer<\/span>» <\/h2>\n

        1. Use of SEC AIQT SUSU resources should be carried out solely for solving the tasks specified in application.<\/li>\n
        2. Users are solely responsible for the licensed integrity of the software products installed by them and compliance of their use with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.<\/li>\n

        11. In case of planning, use more than 50% of the resources of the complex <\/span> «Neurocomputer<\/span> " it is necessary to inform the director of SEC AIQT N.Yu. Dolganina to supercomputer@susu.ru<\/a>. for  planning the load on computer complex<\/li>\n
        12. In next learning to change any registration data <\/span> in  resources, etc., the user must immediately inform the director of SEC AIQT N.Yu. Dolganina to supercomputer@susu.ru<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
